PANDAforest LSB board is a kind of directional structural board, which is made of wood core as raw material, processed by special equipment into long flakes, and processed by degreasing, drying, sizing, directional paving, hot pressing and other processes.
LSB board is made of radiata pine with five layers of structure, and three layers of core chips are laid crosswise and directionally.
The finished PANDAforest LSB board has high bonding strength and stable bending strength, low water absorption expansion rate, strong nail holding force, high deformation resistance, and light wood fragrance.
Our raw LSB panels are made of a sturdy core layer, with finer particles in the outer layers. This five-layer composition enables our panels to be processed easily and efficiently. Raw particleboard panels offer a wide range of applications in the furniture and interior design industries, for both residential and commercial settings, and are ideally suited for bonding with different decorative surface materials.

Apart from the regular standard dimensions of 1220mm x 2440mm, also special thickness lengths are available (thickness form 6mm-40mm, max lengrh 6000). Special dimensions available by request – there may be requirements for minimum quantity per special dimension.
