PANDAforest Film Faced Plywood Hardwood is a high quality film aced 100% hardwood plywood with a wide range of thicknesses and sizes. Widely used in the construction industry and vehicle production. In construction industry, It used as a wall and slab formwork panel. It has crosswise bonded hardwood veneer construction, It is coated on both sides with reinforced phenolic resin film coating. Environment protection E0 adhesive is safe, water-resistant and stable.

Face and Back

Dark Black phenolic film 120 g/m2 or 220g/m2. The smooth film surface is smooth, glossy and hard. It resists abrasion, it is weather and moisture proof and resists commonly used chemicals, dilute acids and alkalis. The surface is easy to clean with water or steam. Can be re-used many times.

Strural

Full hardwood veneers are arranged crosswise according to mechanical properties. Miter joint and hot melt wire connection are adopted to avoid excessive gap and ensure excellent hardness and stability.

Edges

The edges 4 times sealed with water-dispersible acrylic paint in the factory for minimise moisture penetration. Grey edge yellow stripe.

Bonding

Deep penetration, locking each layer of veneer. Special custom-made phenolic adhesives cross-bonded weather resistant glueing according to EN 314-2 / class 6.
