PANDAforest F22 Structural plywood is a true High Performance bracing plywood complying to AS/NZS 2269. Made of full hardwood using super E0 A bond adhesive under high temperature and high pressure.. The self-designed criss-cross superposition structure not only improves the mechanical properties of the entire board, but also makes the template size more stable.Its a highly durable and versatile structural timber, excellent strength to weight ratio, quick and easy to install using standard carpentry tools.
F22 Structural Plywood is available Untreated, H2S and H3.2 Treated to cover a wide range of indoor and outdoor applications.
PANDAforest F22 Structural plywood available in a wide range of surface appearance grades, sheet sizes, thicknesses and treatments.
Full hardwood veneers are arranged crosswise according to mechanical properties. Hot melt wire connection are adopted to avoid excessive gap and ensure excellent hardness and stability.
The edge can be made in primary color, waterproof edge sealing or grooving according to customer requirements.
Special custom-made A Bond phenolic adhesives cross-bonded weather resistant glueing according to AS/NZS 2098.2. Deep penetration, locking each layer of veneer.

PANDAforest F22 Structural plywood is structurally tested and AS/NZS229-standard approved structural-grade plywood. With aexcellent surface clean finish, great stability, and broad versatility of uses throughout the building industry, it is commonly selected for uses such as bracing elements, box beams, hoardings, wall linings, flooring, sheds, general industrial applications and DIY projects, can also be used as barricades, hoarding, boxes, crates, shelving, and furniture using structural plywood.
F22 Structural Plywood hardwood clean finish face and back available in 2 grades, BC, CC. BC grade is a superior grade with no open face knotholes, the back with some colour difference or limited wood patches and synthetic repairs, 150 grit sanding on the face and 100 grit on the back. CC grade is face and back with some colour difference or limited wood patches and synthetic repairs, 150 git sanding on the face and 100 grit on the back. PANDAforest works very hard at providing the best quality faces at a reasonable price, but can vary depending on general supply conditions.
