PANDAforest Birch Marine Plywood is a multipurpose hard and high-quality marine grade plywood.Construction of the full size 4×8 1.4mm thick birch veneers by cross-lamination bonding, all solid inner plies almost with no voids gives the plywood strong strength and resists cracking, bending, warping, and shrinkage. Because of the superb durability, strenght and stable, PANDAforest birch marine plywood are widely used in the demanding vehicle, shipbuilding, construction and furniture industries.

Double sided well sanding and polishing smooth and flat, offers an optimal base for different overlaying methods.
Full Birch veneers are arranged crosswise according to mechanical properties. Miter joint and hot melt wire connection are adopted to avoid excessive gap and ensure excellent hardness and stability.
Four edges are pre-sealed and well sanded out of the factory, with tight edges and clear layers grain. Full sheet use resilient to moisture, insects and chemical abrasion effectively.
Special custom-made A Bond phenolic adhesives cross-bonded waterproof glueing. Deep penetration, locking each layer of veneer.
